The green and white locomotive is an EMD NW-5 stored out of service, both RS-3's are also out of service. At the current moment plans for them are uncertain

I believe that GP7 1835 is actually a GP7L. They are easily recognizable by their AAR type B switcher trucks and small fuel tanks.
