I haven’t had any coffee in over a week. For the past 2 months I’ve been drinking 2 cups a day and it was giving me the jitters. So I stepped back from drinking it, now I’m just drinking water and my body feels so much better

I’ve been wanting to get into morning workouts and I’m just not sure how to go about making up that schedule. I’m also a Christian, so I’m hoping to do some morning reading/meditating. I’m mostly wondering about food intake. How much time should you wait after eating to workout? Or should you not eat first thing? Especially if you have to get to work early?

Jeanine you MUST try this on your salmon
Lemon juice, lemon pepper powder, turmeric powder, garlic salt, cumin powder and smoked paprika. In the oven for 20 minutes and broil on high for 10. It's toooo good 👌

Hi Jeanine, please don’t take this the wrong way, but I have not been enjoying the camera and audio in your vlogs lately. It’s so shaky and it makes me nauseous. I used to love watching your vlogs religiously and I try to still but it makes me not want to. I miss your old vlog camera! It seemed more stable and actually felt like a vlog, rather than a high production video. Happy holidays
