- Trinity College Choir singing "School on the Hill" at the Trinity - Thomian Traditional Dinner held last weekend.
'School on the Hill' was written by TCK Choirmaster Mr. Ronald Thangiah (who was a Chorister under Rev. Roy Henry Bowyer Yin) for the farewell of Mr. G Y Sahayam, TCK's longest serving Vice Principal, in the 1960s.

Lyrics:
I'll always remember the School on the Hill
The Chapel in the morning and Rugby at eve.
The tall trees in full bloom in Red, Gold and Blue,
I'll always remember, the School on the Hill
I'll always remember the trees up the drive
Young faces so eager the teams on the quad
My old Alma Mater in Red, Gold and Blue
I'll always remember, the School on the Hill.

I did not know that Mr. Thangiah was a composer. I was privileged to have served under his influence as a chorister. A fine composition, Well done boys. Fred Prins Melbourne.
