My Kashmir friend talk with him at 1500 but later he kuch dur jane k baad ek ladka jo saath jayega usse bola 2 logo ka ₹4000 le lena deal ₹3000 pe hui thi aur tips v dia ₹200 total ₹4200 ka chuna laga 😅 ₹1500 me Gandola se ghum aata 😁 phase 1 tak aur wahan se pony ₹500 m

Bagal wala shop p gaya to Kashmiri m mana karwa dia wo 150₹ me bada photo de raha tha aur kapade free m ya kapade k 100₹ per person.
Aur thugs 200 for pic n ₹200 per person for cloths , Gate se entry karte aapko album dikhane lagenge , pls ingot and say no to they immediately 😅 later you enjoy the scenery then take a round of bargain 🎉 else they selected you as customer of looting 😅
When you in Kashmir Always n immediately say No to them either they offer free to you anything.

Sharing cabs are very humble people, they always help you and with low cost.
Srinagar is center, so no need to. Stay in tanmarg and Pahalgam you can go with share taxi n come back by evening.
Pahalgam is cheap as compared to tanmarg in sense of hotel costing
In Srinagar oyo cheap price hotels denied booking pls careful once you reach there.
Avoid hotel brokers.
Booking.com is good for house boat booking . Rest are looting 2k is enough search or bargain, in house boat you go with Sikar one way ₹100😅 come -go ₹200 😅 it cost all time
Pahalgam is Tracking place .
Better visit sonmarg =(Gulmarg+pahalgam) in July month, Amarnath yatra disturb you as in traffic 😅 in frisking with tourist n yatra people , your smoking 🚬 n drink 🍷 they throw out so avoid these in your bags n trolley . After Amarnath yatra no frisking so pls don’t take these 😅
Another scam Srinagar to airport max 30-40min auto 200-300₹ 😅, bag checking is at gate, airport have free open vehicles every minute to reach airport a km, hotel walon ki baton m aakar cab mat book kar Lena agar samay 1 trolly ya 1 bag h to auto is enough.
Waise I again come to Kashmir in Dec-jan with these experience ki 😅thagaun nahi aur jayada se jayada explore karun .

Thanks for this video. I went to Kashmir last week and the first attraction is “Greed”, second is “Tourist scams” and last is beauty of nature. Forced tipping is so rampant, it looks like looting without gun is going on. There is no value of 100 rupees in Kashmir, its like 50 paise in rest of india. Now, i am never going back to Kashmir and will advise people to go to Himachal or Sikkim.
Don't get disheartened Rajesh bhai. Things will improve gradually. In the coming years, tourism in Kashmir will boom. I hope, it will change the perspective as they will have more opportunities.

Tourist are looted in Kashmir,last year I went to Kashmir,they are showing their rootness,rough behaviour,in future I will never go to Kashmir and also suggest my relatives and friends not to go to Kashmir.

I am from kashmir and I am friends with many people outside kashmir as I have worked in Bangalore and Delhi. I have helped my friends to book kashmir trip without help of travel agencies which charge double. I booked hotel and then private cabs for travel.. that's all.

Cable car service is very poor We r not satisfied because maintenance is not good hm jb gye the 3hours tk usme phase rh gye 10 pm tk bp high ho gya koi sunne wala nhi tha

Scan - dall lake - there is government rate and all ghats are numbered. If your sikara is parked at nameless ghat then your driver is the scammer. 1200 is govt rate.

Could you suggest me hotel name under 2500 with dal lake view point
Can't remember the hotel name exactly, but there are many hotels on the road alongside the ghats with great lake view. Hotel Welcome is there, I can recall. Many more on that road. I stayed in Hotel Monson, it was at the back side of the lake.
Shikara ride is like 500 rs. Where does it come to 1500.
Depends on the season. They even ask for Rs. 3000
1ghanta Complementary shikara ride pe le jate hai fir bolte hai 40 minutes rowing 20 minutes stop over at floating market. Agar aap market pe n ruke to 40 minute me wapas house boat pe le atega. Homey 30 minutes pe wapas le aaya.

Bro they are going to loot in every point so be aware and take many 50 and 100 rupees because you have to pay manny beggers who ask 100rs.
Scam - Gulmarg - do not take guide, they will mainly misguide you. Best book a hotel in the Gulmarg and stay there and visit places on foot in 24hrs that you will now have. Pony ride also has a government defined rates.

I'm not against them, just saying that it should be fair enough. They should charge reasonable. I have seen so many instances where they ask for a huge amount of money and literally with the intention of looting people. I know they have so many things to look after by using that money, but that doesn't give them the license to loot people. I'm just asking for a reasonable deal. After all, people traveling there have also earned their money with a lot of hard work. Why should they waste even 500 extra? Not everyone who visits there eats a 1000 rupees pizza. The majority of them are on budget trips.

Sir i have a doubt i am booking online one package for kashmir trip and its offering 8500 per person. How to know that tour company is fraud or not?
Brother, personally, I would suggest that you should go and book everything on the spot if you can. Because 8500 is very less for a complete Kashmir trip. Also, it depends on how many sites and locations you are covering, which standard hotels you would be staying, and so many factors. Generally, there are fraudsters and too many of them. So, better be alert than regret.
@@21miles actually it's covering srinagar gulmarg and pahalgam through taxi and hotels booking and breakfast dinner they will provide they have said and i am going during new year eve so i can't go there and book i have to book beforehand
@rahulranjan5328 it is really difficult to find out if they are genuine or not. Still, you can check their permanent office address, testimonials on their website of the previous customers.

You didn't watch the video properly, my Kashmiri Indian brother, I said in the video that the people of Kashmir are so welcoming, but it's normal at popular tourist places that you might get scammed. You talked about Delhi, I know it happens everywhere, and Delhi is no different. It gets difficult for new people to know the exact fare, or I can say the genuine fare at touring places. People visiting Kashmir will also face the same problem, and I tried helping them by making an awareness video. It's not about pointing in any particular place, it's about awareness. Look brother, First of all you do not much information about Kashmir. Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Dal Lake is not all Kashmir but crowded places with full of thugs. To explore the real kashmir you need visit the Alpine lakes like Kounser Nag, great seven lakes, tarsar marsar etc. Money is totally useless on these places

Yesterday only i have returned from Srinagar,ur points were right,there is lot of scam,itna paisa aithtey hai,hum bhi mehnat se paisa kamatey hai har jaga scam hai.our budget went out of proportion.woh log itna dimaag khaate hai ke mood kharaab ho jaata hai.

bhai Kashmir k bare me galat nahi bol raha, India ka hoke India k kisi bhi part k bare me galat kyu bolunga, lekin apne experience k basis pe he wo bate btai jo maine khud se dekhi hai. Video me maine kaha bhi hai ki waha sab bahut supportive hote hai, bahut welcoming bhi, lekin mere bhai sirf Kashmir he nahi, duniya me har tourists spot pe kuch tourist scams hote he hai, jinhe accept karna chahiye hume aur alert bhi rahna chahiye. Genuine expenses har koi kar skta hai, lekin agar tourists ko bewkuf bana kar kahi bhi extra money charge kiya jaye to wo bhi galat hai mere bhai. Baki me 2 bar aaya hu Kashmir ab tak, mujhe sabhi log bahut he khushdil aur dil khol k welcome karne wale mile hai waha, jo shayad aur jagah itni asani se nahi milte.

Recently I returned from Kashmir. I went with my wife. The trip was of 8 days. It was really an awesome experience and brought back memories to be cherished for a lifetime. In such a place, if you get someone who treats you so dearly and makes every effort to make your trip memorable, then nothing can be better than this..
The cab driver which we got was really an awesome man. Had the knowledge of every nook and corner of Kashmir. From getting authentic dry fruits and saffron at wholesale rate to taking us to the wholesale (manufacturer) of kashmiri attire, everything was done by this man.. He was quite educated, open minded and frank. It was his passion of helping outside people enjoy the beauty and real essence of Kashmir.
He along with his friends helps people set perfect iteninary for the trip, arrange hotels at genuine rates with standard facilities.
I'm writing this because I really admired his honesty, dedication towards his work.. So, if any of you is thinking of visiting to kashmir, before booking any package from any travel agency talk to this guy. He will save lots of money for you and will give the best out of your money spent..
