i always leave cat food down for my cat because they are considered grazers , they eat a bit , leave then come back and eat a bit more . always leave fresh water and food out for your pets . a spayed /neutered animal is more prone to over eating due to boredom . i keep plenty of toys around for my cats so they can entertain themselves , food is always avalible . neither of my cats are fixed ( one is three years old the other is only a month old ) they both stay inside ( my 3 yr old cat is terrified of outside , she runs and hides when the door is opened )
There are substantial health benefits to spaying your cats (not just to prevent pregnancy). Respectfully, may i suggest you reconsider your decision to not spay them as they are at increased risk for several serious heakth conditions that can be avoided through spaying. 😊

I put water in her food to give her the source of hydration she needs. My bestfriend adopted her sister- she drinks water but I fear it’s bc her adult cat showed her baby how. I’m not sure wat to do or how to show her. I’ve tried a bigger bowl to. Help! Please!
Try to avoid giving these packed foods to kittens, milk is enough for kittens upto 2 months old and mother cat will take care of the weaning process.. after 2 or 3 months mother cat will give the food she hunts or we can give cooked fish or chicken to 2 months old kitten without adding any salt or spices.. You dont have to spend lot of money on kittens and cats. Leave the cats as it is. Dont make it as your babies.. Nature will take care of them..

@@cor3200 Thanks. Give milk and cooked meat to kittens and pls allow the kitten to go outdoor by 4 or 5 months age. Then they will learn to hunt small animals in your surroundings. In most Indian villages cats roam freely in outdoor and people will only provide milk mostly and rarely meat. Most of the time cat will hunt it's own food. Cats play important role in control of rats population.
I have adopted a separated kitty who is not more than 3weeks of age. I fed her normal milk and some wet cat food, she does eat the food but She recently puked a couple of times. I am worried if something is wrong with her diet, can someone help ?
Firstly, take the kitten to the vet, so they can tell for sure how old they are and keep up with the vaccines. They will tell you how you should feed them, considering their age.
I let my 2 months old kitten eat wet food and a abit of chicken. 2 of them died and I'm terrified that something may happen to the remaining 4. All of them are constipated right now and one of them is a bit fatigued. He doesn't play anymore he just either sleeps or sits and watches. Go on Amazon and look for kitten bottles get the ones that are round nipples not the pointy ones also get some replacement milk(powder) make sure to use warm water with a spoon of the powder milk also make sure the milk doesn't look watery if so add more powder milk you want them to have a nice creamy taste of milk but not thick. Hi! I've found myself suddenly taking care of 2 stray kittens (about a few weeks old) when their mother died outside. So far, it's been a month, and they're energetic and happy. Agreed Ms. Ladi about the kitten bottle with appropirate sized nipples, and the replacement milk powder. DON'T use regular milk powder for human babies. The challenge is to teach them to suckle on the nipple. If your kittens don't understand milk comes out of it, you may need to look up the channel Kitten Lady and look up the vid How to Safely Bottle Feed Kittens. She shows you how to hold the head and direct them toward the bottle. It took me two days to get one kitten to finally learn, and once one kitten does it, the other kittens watching will immediately learn. Although, in my case, I couldn't get myself to hold the head correctly, so I just manually kept moving the bottle nipple into their mouth. I kinda squeeze out a little bit of the formula so it drips into their mouth, so they can smell/taste it a bit. DON'T squeeze so hard that it squirts into their face. You gotta have patience and dont give up :D For 2 kittens, it was about 50 milliliters of water + kitten formula mixed in (kitten formula 50%/ water 50%). Hmm I forgot if that was for 2 kittens or just 1. It might be for both. so 25 each? You'll know when your kitten is full when they refuse to eat anymore. While bottle feeding, pay careful attention of them suckling/biting the nipple. If they're aggressive biters, there's a good chance they would break the nipple off. If you see that, remove the bottle away and try your best to take the broken nipple from the kitten before they swallow it. You would know if a kitten is properly suckling if you hear a suckling sound and the liquid is draining quickly from the bottle (takes about 2 minutes or so). If not, they're just biting it and it takes about 10-20 minutes before they're done/bored/hands tired. In my case, my male kitten have chewed through 2 nipples and I really don't want him to tempt fate again by possibly swallowing one, so I had to wean him off bottle feeding early. I take the bottle with nipple next time and squeeze out some of the milk into a dish. Make sure they pay attention. They might be going crazy and stepping onto the dish and formula. Prepare for mess. Pour the rest of the formula milk into the dish and try to get them to drink/suckle from the dish. It might take a while for them to understand the connection. After about a month, I've been weaning them off of bottle feeding and onto kitten food (Royal Canin brand Mother and Baby food. Get a thick large freezer bag, fill up about 25% of it with that, and smash the feed with a rubber hammer/something hard until 60% of the food is kinda smashed into smaller pieces. Doesn't need to be the point of powder :P Reason for this is to allow the dry food to absorb water better, making it easier for kitten to eat) + some Fancy Feast + water. Then, 50 milliliters of those mixed together, and I heat it up a little bit if the Fancy Feast was from the fridge. About 7 seconds. Then portion it half and half into their own individual bowls (small bowls if u can, that dips in with a curve, not completely flat). I made a mistake before by attempting this on a large flat bowl and they both bodyslammed the food and wiggled around in it. >_>; I hope this helps. Let me know if you need any more info! Like fleas, vet visits, vaccinations, etc.

But i also feed my cat dried fish or chicken two days once. Also sometimes my cat hunts and eat their own food. Some over studious and over hygienic people may think live meat is not good for cats health, but naturally from wild, cats are hunters and cats play major role in control of rats population.
