Has anybody had the issue of the laser moving but not firing? I can not seem to find help anywhere, including calling their support numbers. When I look at the forums, they always assume the problem is the laser is weak and unfocused, but in my case, the laser is not firing at all! No pulse, no laser. The "Power" LED on top of the laser turns on, but the laser does not fire.
