The new writers aren't so attached to the older seasons (the one's not written by them), so I don't know if that will even come up again. However, interesting theory. :) That's one that I really don't want to happen though, Dean deserves better.
Imagine Dean has powers that he can use sometimes, after all this... That would be cool. At least enough so certain supernatural creatures can't throw him off his feet and into walls all the time. Then they can have more reasons to have hand-to-hand combat (Jensen is amazing at that difficult fight choreography).

I am excited to see Jensen having a chance to play a new role. I hope the Michael story with him is long and well written. Jensen is a very good actor and I think he will do something to impress us. My predictions for season 14 are that something tragic will happen with Dean. I am not sure how they will defeat Michael. It could go many ways but I think in the end Billie will be the one to take him away. It will be sad but maybe Dean will get his wish of a world at peace.

wanna what would suck, imagine supernatural wasn't renewed and this was the last scene we were given. imagine this, jack killed au michael, lucifer stealing is grace, dean and sam call rowena to go to hell and open the cage, they get Michael out of the cage and he comes use dean as his perfect vessel. Rowena uses a spell so dean can be in control and kills lucifer. Michael takes over dean, and becomes sane again and smirks as his dead brother and says "thanks for that" and leaves and we get that ending scene.
i feel like the last episode of supernatural, dean and sam should be head of the FBI "supernatural" division as the end, castiel gets super mario power up becomes an arc angel and ruler of heaven, jack helps bring back the deceased angels, gabriel, raphael, maybe lucifer...., on the other hand, I would like to see a prequel movie about the war in heaven, the corruption of man, lucifer receiving the mark, and him being put in the cage, God leaving, etc.

Do you remember the episode "The Big Empty?" Where all angels go after they die but Jack woke up Cass and brought him back? Don't be too surprised if Jack if Jack calls out for for his dad and it's just basically a repeat of that episode and satan is brought brought back to life because right now there is no other villian bu but Dean and for the 1st time time NOBODY runs hell. It's all Ying and Yang, young can't have just good good guys or just bad guys, it's ALWAYS been a mix of of heaven and hell and right now there is nobody in hell. So, either Jack is going to claim the throne or bring satan back like he did witth Cass. I have feeling that season 14 will be a let down up until the point Michael gets expelled for the the 300th episode because they are going to want to make it special and focus on family and the boys so I expect whatever drama is going to go down will end before the 300th episode. Who knows, maybe Crowley makes a guest appearance??????????????
The Medical Mystery sounds interesting, but they won’t do it. Simply because a huge part of fanbase is so “done” with Lucifer. He was one of the best villains, until they somehow managed to write him down. I really wanted for him to redeem himself with god or with jack, make peace and disappear. I think they will expel M just to return Dean, and jack is as strong or stronger than Michael. So if we are lucky enough we’ll get awesome “save the angels” mission along with “getting hell in order” and new logically awesome villains. Thing is writers got trapped in this super strong powerful almost gods creatures, and it’s really hard to come up with villains who can beat Abbadon or Amara. But what we DO actually need is a smart villain who is so well written that we hate and love him at the same time, who falls under the lore and laws of spnverse, and who’s powers aren’t almost unlimited so we don’t need to do weird stuff like that creature in wayward ep or that super cringe worthy fight of M an L.

to be honest i loved this episode a lot and it was probably my third favorite finale. My first is Sacrifice obviously because it was just perfect like everything about it. My second favorite is All Hell Breaks Lose Part 1 & 2 because Sam dying and Dean selling his soul plus killing Azazel and everything was just cool. But I'd have to say this is my 3rd favorite because I actually felt like if the characters are more similar to how they were in the early seasons to be honest and I kept getting season 5 feels especially when Dean said "What if you had your sword?" And even if we all knew that Dean was going to get possessed by Michael, it still leaves a lot of suspense like how exactly is Michael going to go about ending the world for example or how Sam, Cas, Jack and everyone else is going to stop it. Like we all know the Lucifer's grand plan in season 5 was to unleash the Croatoan virus but I'm curious to see how Michael goes about it since they both wanted to "purify" the world by getting rid of humans since they're flawed. Also, I'm super curious to see how the other characters especially Sam deal with Dean, who usually calls the shots, missing and I want to see how they will work together without him.
What people don't realize is Sam is going to have to find a way to bring Lucifer back and say yes to him because Sam cannot go 1 on 1 with an Archangel and beat him....now that Michael has taken over Dean he is 1000 times stronger since Dean was his sword for battle o.o cant wait to see what comes next

I do understand the Micheal thing now though because without Lucifer we need another super villain to keep the show going. Hopefully like you said, the writers do better in season 14. Also, what ever happened to the spectacular angel deaths that we had in previous seasons? Or even just their indestructible power? They are taking so much away with just little things. I mean, other lesser angel deaths have been massive with huge explosions and I remember them having to "close their eyes". You would think with Lucifer's death that there would be more than just some fire, a flash, and burnt wings on the ground.

Hey! Yeah, the season had some great, promising episodes at the start + and the Scooby-Doo crossover. The plots were many and the last episodes felt hurried and underwhelming with the way the writers tried to 'close' them, imo. It could be avoided when there is the luxury of 23 episodes. Happy summer+ hiatus and fingers crossed for a great 14th season :-)

To start off, awesome reaction video! Like you I felt like the last 3 episodes of this season could have been much better. The finale was alright but it wasn't the best. The whole Dean/Michael idea I thought was kinda dumb and it was also spoiled in the previews. Too predictable. Even tho I like Mark Pellegrino as Lucifer I am glad that his storyline has finally ended or at least I hope so. The fight scenes between Lucifer and Dean/Michael was pretty lame I think. You could easily tell they were being moved around on strings in the air LOL! Also, the end scene with Michael/Dean being freeze framed and zoomed in on his eyes I also thought was a cheesy ending. So those were my issues with the finale. I have a feeling that in order to stop Michael/Dean they will bring back the other Michael played by Adam Milligan. Just a wild guess but I could very well be wrong.
Thank you for saying this! ( about not liking, means we aren't consuming everything blindly ). It could've work even with spoilers if they had given us smth else more exciting and smth huge!! All the fight scenes were lame for me, especially when M couldn't just walk around that holy fire, or fly cause we saw later him floating ( super weird shot) in bunker. And YES! That zoom in. Oh that would be interesting, but he also isn't on their side...so writers really need to play it logically for us to be okay with it

Dean and Sam keep foreshadowing that they will get rid of all the monsters and retire drinking some cold ones on a beach. I think Season 15 would be a perfect ending point even tho I love the show. I like this finale for the roads of possibilities it leaves but the execution was nooooot the greatest..like the event and actions that led to it

So those were my issues with the finale. I have a feeling that in order to stop Michael/Dean they will bring back the other Michael played by Adam Milligan. Just a wild guess but I could very well be wrong.
Thank you for saying this! ( about not liking, means we aren't consuming everything blindly ). It could've work even with spoilers if they had given us smth else more exciting and smth huge!! All the fight scenes were lame for me, especially when M couldn't just walk around that holy fire, or fly cause we saw later him floating ( super weird shot) in bunker. And YES! That zoom in. Oh that would be interesting, but he also isn't on their side...so writers really need to play it logically for us to be okay with it
agreed! Not sure what they will do. Do you get the vibe like the show is nearing an end soon? Dean and Sam keep foreshadowing that they will get rid of all the monsters and retire drinking some cold ones on a beach. I think Season 15 would be a perfect ending point even tho I love the show. Is there an ending that you would love to see?
