I Love This!! Very inspiring story Serg. I just turned 21 and currently studying Health Administration at Florida Atlantic University. In about a week I will be taking the ALF CORE 26 HR COURSE to get my Administrator License. From there I want to gain experience inside some big boxes to see and experience the operations first hand. Than maybe volunteer at an RAL or if they have positions available I'm open to this as well. But being able to witness your success through my screen gives me so much hope and I'm very thankful for you and this informative channel you've created.. Keep doing what you love!

Also, got my CNA license and really want to do health care in a way you do it: RAL. God is the center of my life and I love how you are so generous with your ideas. I really want to learn from you.
