A few questions I see in chat rewatching that may not have been answered. POTA is popular in Japan, not as much as the USA though, I tried to activate one once but failed. Yes only 50w in Japan. Yes I am planning on going to Tokyo HamFest and streaming from Tokyo's 'Electric City' as well as from the Hamfest. Jeff, i mistook the Alpha auto tuner with the Chameleon tuner device, Chameleon is the too expensive of remote tuner device, imo. I love streams that end in 'there was this thing with a goat and wesson oil'.... 😂 Thank CaHR guys for having me on!
Great show ! Paul is a lot of fun ! So much talk not about HAM radio LOL . That FLU going around NY as well. Also a new strain of COVID but not at high levels like before. That heat out west is crazy ! Cutting power to prevent fires. I have not made many contacts to Japan. Must be how the bands are in NY . 73
