    Thanks! Your video calms me down everyday I watch it when the market is pumping! I'm going with your insights. It makes the most sense with where we are at in the cycle. The only thing that would make me think this cycle could be slightly different is the overall increased adoption of crypto since 2019 and all the hype with the BTC/ETH ETF speculation. Could the market stay held up this cycle by the anticipation of ETFs and the overall awareness that a bull run is coming? The surge is speculated to possibly be the beginning of a massive new uptrend, making it a crucial time for investors to pay attention, I've personally benefited from following Aaron Klaus trading tactics, amassing 23 bitcoins in a short four weeks period, which speaks volumes about his expertise..

      Time in the market vs. timing the market. If you keep that mentality as an investor, you will stay calm during the storm! Within some months I was making a lot more money and have continued on that same path...

    FREUDIAN SLIP " a job is something pressured....oops I mean precious" No, Joe you said it right the first time. Which is EXACTLY the problem that Gen Z, Millennials and hell, even Gen X'ers don't like that corporations have always been getting away with. "being exhausted from work" is such a CROCK! Work smarter NOT harder.

    Non executives have been getting squeezed for decades. A little shift in the balance of power is a great thing. While executives get flex time, ability tonwork anywhere, high compensation, D&O insurance in case they get sued, contractual severances, and isn't able to be fired for poor performance, non-executives get layoffs, smaller "raises", and more restrictions. When executives show up to the office, work in cubicles, and work at will too, I'll toe the line.

    You can sunbathe for 30 minutes and go back to work. It’s not a big deal. Especially if you’re in a job where you’re in pointless meetings for 5 hours a day.

    What I hear him saying is, "Jobs aren't something you're supposed to enjoy, they're something to pay your bills," while he's sitting at a job that he clearly must enjoy and doesn't do it only to pay his bills. Yes, for the time being until robots are able to do it, we do need actual people to clean the sewers. But do we NEED talking heads on TV? Are talking heads on TV a necessity? I mean, I get the purpose of his job is to rile up the older generation so they look down on the younger generation, but do we NEED someone doing that as much as we need sewers cleaned? hmmmm

    The problem with Joe is that he's too close minded. Everybody wants to feel some sense of purpose in what they do, regardless of generation. If they don't come in wanting that, they usually find it later on. Take Boeing, the reason so many people loved working there was they felt pride in helping build planes for Americans. They could endure the pressures of the job because the company's purpose was aligned with theirs. When the culture changed, people felt it, and it wasn't a nice place to work anymore. And yes even someone cleaning sewers can have a sense of purpose.

    • @KK-pm7ud
      @KK-pm7ud Місяць тому

      If they want a sense of purpose, volunteer. When you have a job you trade your time for money. And that time isn't something you can control.

    I agree with Joe Kernen. Work is a place where you do what you are told to do even if it doesn't align with your personal values. You do your job you earn a salary you pay your bills. We don't want you to bring all your morals and expect the business to uphold them. I just don't understand why everyone who used this argument at Nuremberg trials was convicted 😕
