Aww i used to watch this channel so much and I’m glad you’re still the person I remember you are. Thank you for being such a cool guy!
So awesome in Kentucky and dinosaur world
Me and my daughter love how much energy you put into every video. She loves seeing all the smaller attractions you go and see. Thank you for brightening up our days. Especially hers.
I have actually been to the caves twice. Once in the 90’s and once again in 2014. I am glad you got the chance to visit the caves.
I have see every Land before Time and Jurassic Park. I love them!!!!
Dinosaurs! so cool
It's always a good day when there are Dinosaurs!! :) :) :)
I am from Union, Kentucky and I don't remember the last time I went to a KFC. Also great video, keep up the good work.
The Hardy Boys had some great stories and they were my favorite 🙂💖
What a beautiful place.
LOOK AT THOSE WIGWARMS!
I LOVE Disney's Dinosaur! You should definitely give it a watch!!
Wow Bats 🦇
Mammoth Cave has been my home national park for my whole life. It is an absolutely wonderful place that I can't wait to get back to.
Have been watching you for years. You were one of my inspirations to travel the country. It’s cool to see you in my home state. Hope you enjoyed it!
Thanks for taking us along...you do all the walking. Great job!
I haven't been to Mammoth Caves in about 40 years!! Thanks for the tour
I don’t know if it’s been mentioned but I love how you’re directly following in Jacob the carpetbaggers footsteps!
Coming out of the dino egg...Epic
That wigwam village hasn't changed in years! That playground has been there at least since the late 80s when I first stayed there.
yay
I flew all the way from Washington State to Kentucky just to go to the Mammoth caves! Oh Yes! And also to see the Corvette Museum!
Caves are amazing
If anybody ever was a man with keys the best tour they have is the lantern tour that is the grandest tour of all... You see a whole lot more of the cave and you get a whole much better education of the cave...
As a native of Louisville, but recent transplant to Orlando, it was nice to see the Slugger and surrounding attractions again. That museum is nice if it ever gets to open again. A lot of history. Also, I've spent a lot of time in Cave City. You need to look up Guntown Mountain's story. It's nuts! The caves are always nice to tour. There are several that are less touristy and more natural that are nice to check out as well. Safe travels back across the country. Thanks for the video Justin!
Hey Justin....just wanna say thanks for these videos. Can't tell you how much joy they bring to those of us unable to travel at this time.
Thanks for bringing us along Justin! Awesome!
Holly cow Batman caves rock! 🦇
My parents brought us to Mammoth Cave when we were younger, say about 30 years ago, and it was so much fun! So glad to see you so close to Tennessee! You should come to Tennessee sometime!
We love your random adventures Justin Thankyou for sharing
That´s what I like! Justin traveling the US
Super fun! Thanks for the Random places!
We stayed at the Woodland Cottages at Mammoth Cave a couple years ago. So much fun to stay there and do the cave tour.
I love your videos
Received my sweet hat today in Australia, cheers. Love your channel, keep up the great work mate!
Glad you enjoyed your trip to our great state of Kentucky. Hope you get to come back someday when the weather is more accommodating
I LOVE the mother in law jokes.
Oh oh. We also have a cave called mamoth cave near where i live. The main cave system here though is called Ngilgi cave by the local aboriginal people (Wardandi). Ngilgi was named after a good spirit. The stories and mythology of the cave is amazing. Thank you for sharing some of this cave's story with us.
Great adventures on the road even if the places are closed, super nice cave tour with good audio too. Good place for the mother-in-law. Someday you may be a daddy but you'll never be a mummy😄😂
Thanks for your kind words about Kentuckians. Looks like you enjoyed yourself in this fine state. You got me interested in staying a night in the wigwam city Hope to see next time you come trough
Safe travels
Oh my Love this trip!!!
Justin we love watching your travel videos. Been watching your vids for a few years now. So wish we could afford to cross the country like you do. Loved your Route 66 videos. You came through our hometown, and went through many places we have visited and Visit quite quite frequently. Keep up the good work and funny content!
This makes me want to watch the latest season of Cosmos again.
You' were in our neighborhood! Fantastic! Great place for fun pics!
Woooo! Fun pic! Yeah! 😃 📸
Great video Justin! That tour guide sure said "okay" a lot XD
If you come back to sleep at the Wigwam Village, you should check out the Cave Museum and the Horse Cave
34:49 Stegosaurus is most definitely an iconic dinosaur. Take it from me 40 years ago, I knew what I was talking about. Nowadays, not so much...
Love it! Thanks for bringing us along!
Thanks so much from wet and soggy England for this video. It was a little ray of sunshine on a gloomy day and really cheered me up 😃Loved the dinosaur park - my favourite is the Stegosaurus 😂. Your videos constantly give us ideas for new places to visit once we're out of lockdown. 😀
Glad your back traveling Buddy! Keep on going!!!
So exciting to actually see Mammoth Cave! I think it's the same cave that the old text adventure computer game is based on (just called Adventure).
Visiting all the national parks, a goal that we both share!
20 years ago I brought my kids to Guntown mountain on a cross country trip. There were carnival rides and a fair. Also went to Mammoth caves. It has not changed a bit. Suggestions - Lincoln's birth place in western KY, Jack Denial's distillery in TN and Desoto's caves in Alabama.
I loved it. So dinosauriffically 🦕🦖 awesome 😎. I love how random you are just one of kind ❤️❤️❤️❤️
That cave was awesome! Still really hope to get to go to something like that eventually
Thanks for visiting and highlighting this area just minutes from my hometown. I'm always interested in what visitors like yourself see in a town that locals think nothing of and are disappointed that it hasn't been developed better by the community leaders. Guntown Mountain used to be a great attraction but like most things around here, went downhill and has been bought out a couple of times. A documentary could be done about one man that bought it Will Russell, what a mess he was, trying to fund it with a traveling circus featuring a folk celebrity Jesco White (if you don't know... you're welcome); he ended up in jail and had to sell it off.
One thing I wanted to share, is a long gone but beloved attraction that sit just between Cave City and Mammoth Cave - Wondering Woods. It was an interesting little fictional village that also had a small cave tour. There's very few pictures or footage of it but this video is a clip from a movie that was filmed there and gives you a look at the place. ua-cam.com/video/pmQ9i3lO-WA/v-deo.html See also this link for an old brochure whimsicalwill.tripod.com/WonderingWoods.html
Thank you so much for doing such a great tour of KY.
I am from Louisville, KY and am so proud of my state. Next time maybe try to visit Bernheim Forest just south of Louisville. And yes, this KY girl does like her KFC!
Amazing sights!!
I love your travel videos. Keep making more. TX
Mammoth cave went in 4th grade the cave crickets love hairspray and ended up in the girls hair
Glad to go along for the ride
Thank you for this. My reality is tough these days. Your adventures are always a bright spot - even in a deep cave!
I have always wanted to stay at a Wigwam Village. The Carpetbagger did a vlog on Guntown Mountain's sorted history a few years ago. It is very fascinating and strange.
Safe travels! thanks for the fun video!
Me and my family love your videos keep it up!
I can't wait to go!
Dude I've been watching you for years now and it make happy that you enjoyed my home state of Kentucky! Thanks for your kind words and insight of the state. Keep on making videos!
Oh MY! Too FUNNY! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I can't stand it. He he he HE HE
That David statue!
"Look at the SIZE of that . . . ." 😳
Goonies is another good cave story 🤣
I've been patiently awaiting your nxt Randomland Adventure. 😁
Wow such an amazing video I’m so glad that you posted ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
In both Scotland and Japan when telling people I'm from Kentucky their eyes brighten and they say "like the chicken?"
so close to my state, yet so far away. Hey I remember that bat, I wish I got to go in the museum.
GIANT BATS!!!!!!!!!!!
that's a cool cave
Thumbs up. Been to a lot of these places.
I'm from Kentucky and my first job was at my local KFC when I was 16 around 05-06...made just $5.15 an hour and the guy that taught me to cook was trained by Colonel Sanders himself!
Cool to see you in my city
Where are all your comments?. Love your video's!.
Great video Justin and I really love the scenery also the cave was quite interesting and the dinosaurs 🦖 were really fun to see and I think the video was that much better because of your funny ways so all and all it was a fun time so with that it’s time to go home and sleep well
OMG your awesome
wow, that baseball bat looked very familiar. I had a Louisville baseball bat under my bed for years never really realizing who made it. I just called it my wooden baseball bat. Now I know after confirming mine is a Louisville slugger too.
awesome!!
Love from Louisville!
I am loving your road trip! It's great to see the country even while stuck home during the pandemic. BTW, it's been pouring here in Northern California, so you have much better weather
Justin, Cool video!!! You have some awesome adventures!!!
Very cool ....be safe out their bro
My pet chickens were awesome! Did you know chickens can count and do simple math? They also have a complex social structure and language. I wouldn’t go near a cassowary though. That’s a bird that makes me nervous. Funnily enough a Cassowary is probably the closest dinosaur relative.
The caves looked so cool and I would love to hang out dinosaur world. It looks so much fun!
There was a series called Walking with Dinosaurs that was cool for it’s time. Also there was a documentary where they made a giant TRex and did an autopsy on it. It was so cool and I got to see the dinosaur they used when I went to the museum in Sydney.
Great video as always Justin.
That’s my hometown I live there hopefully I get to see you around the area
36:23 Lolz 4 realzies. I won't spoil the joke here.
Hi Justin, good to see you! Love your video!
And I thought it was a giant flying bat. It was baseball bat.
A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one!
Mammoth Cave has good chili in the cafeteria inside the cafe
My kids had that Dinosaur movie.
Another cave book would be “Journey to the Center of the Earth”.
We used to go to a Jellystone in upstate NY back in the day
Abandon egg, abandon egg! Lol 😂 🥚 🦖
I ALWAYS see and learn something new on your adventures! Thank you!! 😊 Also, if you are interested in seeing another awesome cave try Timpanogos Cave in American Fork, Utah. There's a hike to get to the top but well worth it. Go when the weather warms up a bit, it's cold inside. 🥶 Cool 😎 too! 😉 You'd love it!! ❤
I didn’t realize that was a chain. I have been to the one South of us in Glen Rose, TX. Dinosaur Valley State Park is also nearby with plenty of footprints to explore.
Couple of years ago I stayed in the wigwam hotel in Cave City ky it was kitchy fun
