This is how to install body lift on a gen 2.5 Pajero. Procedure is same for gen 2 and I suspect same / very simialr for gen 1.
Gen 3 and 4 don't have a ladder chassis so this video does not apply.

Thanks for this. I might have to add body lift to my NL now as well.
Thanks.. I can go into this job with confidance now
Nice content! Might get a body lift soon 💪
Great vid. Thanks for sharing
Good job!
nice👍👍👍
Thx
Thanks for this and your other video - it's a good how to - in fact both of them are. In fact I hoping you'll be ok if I link this to my store and facebook pages so that our customers can see a "how to fit it video" - one further point -- the big bulge on the transfer lever (also on on the gear lever) contain a rubber bonding and is not possible to seperate the top from the bottom -- other tann that well done on a good production
Thanks. It’s a great product. And feel free to use/ share the video
This is a great lesson! 👌
I dont think i will be this commited to lifting my pajerrican.
But this im sure will save people many many hours.
Do you mind if i ask what lift was done before this to raise the chassis? That personally would be something id like to do.
✌
terracan?
Obrigado pelo vídeo, dúvidas ,poderia enviar link de onde conseguir os extensores da alavanca tração e do parachoque traseiro
They are from Xpajun in UK
Nicely done. Btw acn you tell where from did ypu get this body lift. Because what i was able to find is only with body blocks, excluding bumper extensions and transfer lever extension
Xpajun in the UK. Link is in video description
@@PERTHSCOOTER07 One more question. Does this lift kit come with front and rear bumper relocators?
@@jasio157 yes it does
@@PERTHSCOOTER07 i am getting the 2 inch lift from that seller in next week. He actually gave me his spare Mk2 LWB Pajero in Dec, full mot as i do lots of animal rescue work here in Sheffield.. I actually got back from Poland/Ukraine in mine 2 weeks ago.. I drove over with aid and spent weeks helping animals and so on.. so much worse than you see on tv.. and the smells also. I want to go back in a few weeks..
Here's a question, is it possible to do a body swap between a Pajero NL & Mitsubishi Delica of the same year, given they are built on the same chassis, drive train?
No. Ive had 2 Delicas. They use the same drivetrain but the chassis are different. Very similar but not enough to swap.
@@PERTHSCOOTER07 ahh bugger, cheers for the speedy reply, I much prefer the punchier & more fuel efficient Pajero 3.5 6g74 to the 3.0 petrol Delica, thought it would be easier than an engine swap lol
@@righthand7965 if you love the Delica but want more power look at a V8 swap. Pricey but the Delica is a great car. Worth spending money on
@@PERTHSCOOTER07 true!!! 👍😊
Thanks for sharing. How much do you torque the nuts/bolt?
I don’t torque them. A good firm nip will do it
@PERTHSCOOTER 07 Thanks for the quick reply.
Bro how about 3inch body lift i will effect to at the engine area?
If you go over 2” you need to extend coolant hoses and other stuff. It would be a massive commitment. Xpajun sell a kit with all the necessary parts. But it’s a lot of hard work on your part
Is that just a body lift or is there already a suspension lift on this?
I have 2” suspension lift thanks to Patrol Y60 springs and torsion bars re-indexed
Is it the same for the swb gen 2
Yes. Just less body blocks
Mate what's the fuel consumption of the jeep? Cheers
Hi there. It’s something I’ve never calculated or been concerned about as it’s a weekend warrior. I have 2017 Pajero as a daily driver. Can confirm it’s pretty rubbish though.
Where i can buy body lift kit
It’s from Xpajun in UK. Link in description
