Not so unusual if that what the media is alleging. This is not an unusual occurrence in charities run by wealth, royalty, or politics. If you took a deep dive you’d be deflated in finding most charities are not solely used for charity, follow the money you’ll come to realize the real truth behind most charitable foundations.

In the State it is registered only 5% of funds raised has to go to the charity, the rest can be used for running costs. So $11m, five employees, plus H&M, you work it out.

I am a royalist, but disappointed with king Charles. He could have put a stop to this long ago by taking their titles away. Why be Duke and duchess if Sussex when they don't go there or doing anything for them.
I’m in the USA but have read on multiple sites, that it is up to Parliament to remove them. King Charles can start the request though.

Hazweed and Megamouth knew that the minute Form 990 was filed, it would become public record, revealing the sorry shape that their foundation’s finances are in. The last time they filed 990, they were taken to task for only putting in one hour a week.
My understanding is that with "Archewell" (the Meghan and Harry "charity") only 5% needs to be used for charity, the other 95% of monies donated can be kept. I can't speak for others, but when I donate to a charity I want the vast majority of that money to go to the cause of the charity; helping the poor, the environment; the oceans.. whatever...

Neither of the Grifters are 'detail' people - the documents and fees are 12 months late...not 'a few days' and they were warned back in January 2023 to get it done ! However, any charity worth its' salt (or any small company) should always keep an eye on cash flow - not a hard job it's just simple bookkeeping and the person in charge CEO or whatever, should have a diary entry 6 months in advance, with a repeat every month to check on the CFO and make sure those RETURNS GET FILED. Most any charity, values its' reputation and goes out of it's way to avoid any clashes with any form of government.
The 'CEO' gave himself a huge raise! Will also be the SCAPEGOAT! The State-side Parasites WILL throw him under the bus, if needed, to save their asses!
