every air filter cleaning I have ever seen, they does it wrong, it should only be cleaned from behind(where the metal net is attached).if you apply pressurized air from the front it will make the stuck particles pass through the filter paper making the paper micro holes bigger.
Colour Choice is based on individual's preference, for me this new MotoGP colour scheme of 2021 looked good with a mix of silver panels. But even the completely blue on looks dashing.

No matter where you go, you have to tell them your expectations clearly, take a test ride after service and check everything before leaving. Talk to them before handing over the vehicle for service and tell them if there are any issues. Otherwise they will just do the normal service with oil change, lubing, cleaning, and any replacement parts per km.

U shouldnt do Ceramic coating on matt colours. I have done 4500 plus kms.

Third Service was free service. From fourth service, it will be considered pay service. Since I did not change oil also, I was charged very minimal.
