Thanks for sharing the process! Do you know if it would be possible to remove the cuck without disassembling the gearbox? My chuck is acting weird and it needs replacement.
@@A.Do-It-Yourself cool, thanks for that. Is the chuck press fitted? Is that why you mentioned applying heat? I got so far as to removing the screw inside the chuck, but the thing won't come out.

It is possible, but not easy, you can apply some heat to and try some online technics. In the future I'm gonna make a tutorial by removing the chuck.

The inside screw is reverse thread.
