I believe this is the same judge who recused Judge Glanville from the YSL motion, but not for the reasons the defense laid out in the motion. She did it to "preserve the public's confidence in the judicial system" which is BS. A mistrial would have been granted if she recused Glanville for the witness tampering etc. that he was guilty of [probably not with prejudice though]. Judges are one and the same in Fulton County.
@@Liss86363 Thankyou for informing me of that. I’m just watching at face value and feel she is being non-biased and made that comment. It’s interesting how things go
Accusing a judge of that is serious AF and extremely rare. It's done only when a judge's actions were blatant & undeniable. I didn't blame her too much and suspect he got reamed by every judge.. She seems like a good solid judge and this is meaningful evidence imho.
Why would the judge cull from the attorney's invoice the preparation and service of subpoenas? Had she failed to do so, and the issue arose that only those witnesses could attest to, the judge would have rejected an argument about that issue as not being supported by evidence. Merchant wouldn't have been able to say oh wait, we'll go and subpoena them now so wait for us to do so and reset this hearing. The attorneys have to consider every angle and prepare for as many contingencies and surprises they can imagine or potentially waive their argument or even lose the motion. It's shocking sometimes what a judge will hang their hat on, evidence-wise. I'm not saying this judge did anything wild here, but the Merchants can't be sure. That earlier judge didn't kick Fani off the case or dismiss the charges after discovering all the corruption, collusion and fraud, so they've got to be even more thorough these days. I guarantee they low-balled even those hours they submitted, given how detailed and on point they were. Very cool.

fani and her office iss soooo corrupt
Fani trying hard to keep this info out or the public eye. Why?
The state of Georgia needs her on their team lol and the YSL trial would have been over with this Judge. Somethings off 🧐 lol
@@illdeal6187 you're right. She does seem pretty fair in this case.
Very cool.
