I've had the Etha 3 for about 3-4 months now, and it has given me no problems. It is a very smooth shooter and is a 10/10 in my books. Its worth the extra 20$
A buddy of mine just bought an etha and I bought an axe 2.0 last year. Both shoot great, both have quick bolt release. In my opinion it comes down to full aluminum body, tons of color way options + option to install a redline board vs toolless battery and a better foregrip depending on your preference. Both great guns just comes down to your preference
I want to like the etha more because it comes with more, but I cannot get used to the trigger even upgraded it feels strange. I also prefer my hands closer ( come from playing in the 00s when marker grip was much shorter).
Both are great guns but I just love the ergonomics of the ETHA3 thats it ! I was wondering what Barrel kit do you prefer for the ETHA3? I'm hunting for one and appreciate your thoughts on it
I have the etha3 and shot the axe 2.0 and i think the etha just feels better in the hands but the I didnt like the trigger in the etha so I switched it to magnetic and it feels way better
Both easy, Axe shoots very nice, Dont have etha 3 , but do have etha 3 m and it shoot smooth as hell for a mech...so i imagine the electro is even smoother...so either or.. Metal vs plastic..black vs colors...spoolie vs p0ppet
100% etha no problem plug and play. I use to have 3 empire 2.0 sold all of them many minor problem. U need to know how to fix them. Since i have etha, 170r no problem at all.
Same, with the redline board. Paid $450 used and it came with a halo too,mask, and hk steelie which I plan to sell since I have a carbon fiber, mask and spire already ;)
I just wish they’d update the axe. There’s no reason you should ever buy the axe over the etha 3. It’s better in every way aside from external materials

I wanted another backup and started looking at these. Really wanted the Etha but Labor Day sale made the Axe >$200 cheaper so that’s the route I went.

I’ve been happy with my axe, my buddy got an etha I don’t really feel much of a difference that I can tell.
They got axe2.0 that COME with redline board for 399$ new now, that destroys ANYTHING etha
“More established marker” it’s the same thing as an etha 2 besides a quick change bolt and a low rise feed neck.

I have never seen an Axe or a Mini that didn't have some sort of issue. PE is always way more reliable.

If the ethe3 came in different colors besides all black I'd buy one but now it's between the dye czr and the mini
Also it comes in blue, red , earth , and two different camo's.
