Fun thing you might try that I've not yet seen used in ASMR is "reverse reverb" or "reverse echo". You reverse the entire audio track, add reverb/echo/both, and then reverse the track again. What you get are those ghostly whispers that happen BEFORE the sound and sort of swell up to the sound. Hard to explain, but you've heard it in movies/music. Not sure if it would be tingly, but might be worth playing around with.

@@victorialee2626 I really like that channel. I've yet to hear reverse reverb as described, but there are a lot of cool sounds going on there for sure!
Many modern digital delay plugins have a lookahead feature that allows for reverse echo to be applied automatically as part of the effects chain.
@AYYYY Yeah that's always a great option! I wanted to give instructions in case they are using a DAW that is simpler, like Audacity, etc. I personally prefer reversed reverb over echo, but it's all cool stuff. And then there's Yamaha SPX90 style reverse reverb where the reverb signal plays in normal direction, but there's a slow attack on the reverb so it sounds sort of reversed (like with My Bloody Valentine, etc). Effect talk! Good times
