Ring to cage is excellent in basically every way, HOWEVER, its actually an aquired taste id say as i ask more ppl. It can be cramped for people with long fingers as well. Definetly had to adapt to them a lot
Are these gloves good for muay thai? Eg. Can you open up your hands easily for clinching, is there enough padding for blocking kicks, etc.? Or are they good for mostly boxing?
I've used them in Muay Thai sparring, & they're fine, but definitely more geared toward boxing. The padding is thickest over the knuckles & you won't be able to grab people as well as you could with a dedicated Thai glove. You can get Thai gloves of comparable quality for the same or less money than the C-17 right now, so if Muay Thai is your sport then that's what I'd do.
I'm hearing a lot of negative stuff going on here in the comments against these gloves making me scared to want to buy them I'm thinking maybe I either get superior or punch equipment Mexican ultra but I don't really like punch equipment every time I buy a pair of them I have to send them back

I agree
I like their equipment but did not like these gloves at all.

Mr Greed's Gadgets I have a pair of winnings and they're similar but ring to cage still did their own version of the glove.

Where are the negative comments? Just found one. I just bought those gloves and you can go to my channel for further information.
i just bought a pair and they are both different.. the left gloves thumb is too far to make a comfortable fist :/
adr b whoa that sucks! email them and get a new pair!
That happens when gloves are too wide
Mine are perfect and on actual weight too.
Ring to Cage is wack. I bought a pair, the left glove was perfect, the right was retarded.
I hate when that happens
Both of mine are perfect and right on weight too.
Old reply but is your right hand larger than your left? I have that problem with every right hand glove lol
