Bhai I have some knowledge about programming like Java and python, also android apps development knowledge but I don’t have any certifications or degree bcz I learn programming from UA-cam like online by my self. I don’t have money so my question is it’s possible to get job in abroad?

Yes, Germany needs valid certified work experience and many got job without degree. But you should be expert in your field
