Today I share with you how to cook Oil Free Mix Vegetables please try it at home and tell me how it is
Ingredients and Process
Step by Step
1 Take sufficient water for boiling of vegetables in a pan then add 1 cauliflower and 1 potato cut into small pieces then add chopped beans ½ cup chopped carrots ⅓ cup and ½ teaspoon salt and let them boiled
2 Take a pan on oven and add ½ teaspoon cumin 1 dry chilli then fry it until smell coming out from it then add chopped garlic ½ teaspoon and onion paste ⅓ cup and saute all for 3 to 4 minutes in medium flame and then add boiled vegetables in it add 1 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon red chilli powder 2 chopped green chilli and saute them all for 2 to 3 minutes
3 After that tomato paste ⅓ cup and again saute it for 2 to 3 minutes then let it cooked for 10 minutes in low flame
4 After 10 minutes saute all for 2 to 3 minutes then add ½ teaspoon hot spice and sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves then give it standing time of 5 minutes
5 And after 5 minutes it is ready to serve
