Hey @cian! Appreciate the work. I used to subscribe to your qb pdfs and I’ve been charged every year annually at this time but I have no idea how to cancel. The website no longer exists I don’t think. Can you help make sure this autopay is disabled?
That’s your PayPal settings, it’s not something I control or anything to do with the website. You must have set up a recurring payment when you originally bought a pdf, a few people did the same. You can stop it in your PayPal account, I previously sent out messages about that issue.
