    This is actually wrong...alphathum is a classic example....where office space is being leased like crazy.l by compaines..most companies are now rto...what this guy doesnt mention that UP is also growing so industries will move here....i think this guy is bit too biased Nd i will not buy from him

    I am from IT field and work in MNC, and you are absolutely correct, there is not any future in IT office space, because now most company allowing to do work from Home, I am doing work from home from last 2 years and now we don't need to go to office and company also not insisting us on, also in near future as metaverse concept will be implemented, then no body doesn't need to go to office, so better to keep away from these scam of office space by builder, You are very honest person.     almost all promising investment looks like a scam. As a salaried person if thinking to secure your future by investing in commercial then think multiple times before invest. there is no rule defined for price and builders are charging 20-35k per sqft if you calculate your cost and return then you will find that it will take 15-25 years to get your amount which you are investing now and forget about the profit...

    Bhutani employees are not trustworthy and especially Dubai staff - after 4 months of no due certificate when it came to releasing rentals they revoked it as I did not buy other property. OC and registration still pending when objected it they threatened with hefty fines, when asked for waiver they asked to buy second property when did not buy second property they revoked NDC . And still OC and registration pending

    Very true review. But I don't understand one thing...if there is no demand for these office spaces then why builders keep on making them. Dont they understand these simple supply demand concepts.

      The builder also has the idea of it but IT land is cheapest in Noida due to which builders show the cheap options to the customer by cutting small office space so that their property gets sold quickly and the customer whose budget is 20 to 25 lakhs, they can easily Get caught up in their marketing.

      Registry still not open in Bhutani Alphathum and the Retail Shop area of Alphathum is not owned by Bhutani. The retail area is owned by Noida World One. I suggest you sell it off immediately.

      @@propertyduniya Just opposite to Alphathum there is Purvanchal Court society in which nearly one thousand families are living. Many other societies are around this project. For retail shops Alphathum has very bright future. Please don't sell it on the advice of negative thinking people.

    I have visited bhutani grandthum yesterday only and looked at 592sqft ground floor shop with final price of 1cr 40 lakh....I am looking for investementment in commercial area....which one you suggest...It would be highly appriciable or helpful.

Go check out Advant/Alphathum/Assotech etc. Initial investors made good money and they are out now. The ones who bought it for a long term goal, they are making good rentals

      For this man each and every project in Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Express Way, be it residential or commercial is of no use. Agar iska bas chale to ye pure Noida me sabhi authorities ko band karwa kar phir se kheti karwaye.

      @@JitendraSingh-nv5hk bhai ye gol gol baatein krta hai.... Video mein ek bhi fact nii rakha hai. Bas wahi sab ghisi piti baatein... Ye baat sahi hai 8-10lakh mein koi bhi achhi commercial property nii aati...but iska matlab ye nii ki project kharab hai ya na chale ya uss mein invest krne mein loss hai. Project always have multiple things that drive it's success. Isko pata nii kahan se sapne aate hain

      @@wicked87manu Projects are of billion rupees having vast area for development. Government and local authorities are investing huge amount for infrastructure development. It takes decades to develop an area. Some people have very negative thinking. They never bother to go on the site of developing projects. No research is done. No interviews are taken either of developers or investors. Neither any attempt is done to take viewpoint of authority officials. Having prejudice against developers one sided and biased videos are created in merely seven to ten minutes and uploaded on UA-cam only to confuse the investors.

      मगर सच्चाई उन्हीं के लिए है जो सच्चाई सुन्ना चाहते हैं क्योंकि सच्चाई कड़वी होती है और हर किसी को अच्छी नहीं लगती और इसलिए मैंने वीडियो की शुरुवात में ही कहा था की जो लोग किसी बिल्डर के साथ जुड़े होते हैं या उसमें इन्वेस्ट कर चुके होते हैं तो उनको सच्चाई सुनने में तकलीफ होती है।
