You guys and the dog are pretty awesome not to mention the incredible fabrication talent, love it.
I just subscribed to your channel, looking forward to upcoming videos on the builds
Thanks for the sub!
When you stick an LS1 in the ice bath, I'll start watching Ice bath video's...!!! 😜
😂😂 that’s an idea!!
Great to see your update, and nice to see your partner's support too, A credit to you for your extremely high standard of workmanship, Yep the NDA on the Mercedes SL, Could you please ask the owner if you could show some more detail, of the conversion ( power steering/engine/trans & diff) that would be great. Thank you for sharing your skills.
,
I didn’t build the Merc, I only did the transmission swap. I’ll do a video on it soon. The NDA is for another upcoming build. Thanks for watching
Love your work love your videos one thing my father told me about EHs was every premier had a brass headlight rim on the left side from factory gmh
Thanks Michael I never knew that but it's funny because the RBEH has one brass headlight rim and I didn't know why...
@@ProShop1 reason y was old man told me he was a top beater in the 70s through to the 90s it was GMH way of stopping rust in the headlight rim as the left front wheel was prone to collecting mud under the headlight rim on that side as the wheel run off the road in the shit
@@michaelbyrnes7944 makes sense. Thanks
I am sow happy to see you both yay 🥳
Great to be back Dean
Great update, thank you and thanks also to Barney for his input. Good luck with the yoga studio.
Thanks Tony
Love your work Pete, Anika and of course big bad Barney!!!
Thanks Kieran.
What happened to the HR Ute project that went to paint a year ago?
It’s been a long process but happy to say the paint is getting laid in the next week. I’ll get some shots as soon as it’s done
@@ProShop1
I admire your detailed, clever design and exceptional fabrication skills.
Thanks for the update! I’m looking forward to seeing the paint. If it’s anywhere near as good as your preparation, it will be an absolute masterpiece 👍
Did you ever consider replacing the HD tail lights with HR tail lights? I think an HR rear end would look better than the stock HD.
My family owned a white ‘66 HR wagon with red interior in Wagga from around 1970 until I sold it to German backpackers in Sydney in 1983. The front floor pans were rusted out from the aftermarket heater that exploded on our drive through the inland massive floods up to Brisvagas in ‘76.
I learned to drive in the HR wagon and XY wagon, proudly sporting my red Ps on the HR in 1976/77.
We were sorry to see that wagon leave the family.
Yeah I think the HR lights would look better but it’s always up to the customer for decision like that.
