I feel like the facility would have some protection against at least some of the force. My idea is that they collapse random rooms, and you have to hold e to make your way through the rubble.
Considering the strength that the earthquake shakes the camera that's gotta be atleast magnitude 7 Even with protection the facility would collapse partially or even fully

Then comes the announcement that an XK scenario is taking place and that everyone is to evacuate to the underground part of the facility.Than evacuation helicopters arrive with field personnel and then there will be a lockdown surface and it will start to melt.
