When I listen to the songs from the concert dated June 26, 1977, I feel very sad because I know it was the last show of Elvis' career. Very hard to choose the best version of I Can’t Stop Loving You. But, I can tell you, dear Leon, I can’t stop loving Elvis Presley❣️ have a great weekend and thank you so much for posting the video 😘
1st, killer!; 2nd, beautiful performance; 3rd, powerful; 4th; playfully strong nails it; 5th, full of surprise gifts; 6th, kisses and scarves ,beautiful backup; 7th, I can’t stop loving you Elvis, 8th; now I’m crying..;...wrap them up please I’ll take them all, but place the 1st one on top .....thanks💖.
"You know what I can't do baby, I can't stop loving you" the King, he loved us all,his fans right to the end!!!! His voice beautiful, playfull, powerfull in each version!!! Rock n'it in heaven now!!!
Very good version - from 25 August 1969 dinner show. However, it was deliberately omitted because the female that you can hear was overdubbed onto the track - it didn't actually happen as you hear it!!
All of these are excellent. I was surprised to hear how much the 77 version was closer to the 69 version than it was to the 72-76. I must admit, I found the footage of Market Square hard to watch. The earlier versions with footage showed just how much Elvis got into this song and used it as a show stopper with great hand and hip movements but The MktSq footage shows a very different Elvis. That was tough to watch. That voice, however, - just good heavens, that power and command - remained powerful, perhaps even more than earlier in the 70s. All of these have been amazing to watch, Leon. Thank you so very much for all the hard work you do for these videos and for the King's memory.
Again, these are all in my humble opinion; and all criticisms are welcome. Version One, I felt that Elvis was getting the feel of performing the song live with his band, and couldn’t polish it up the way he wanted it too. Version Two, he sped it up, hoping that the band knew already how he wanted the song would go, shouting instructions along the way. Still, that’s why in Version Three he felt more like he felt like he was in the driver’s seat of the song. Now, starting from Version Four through Version Seven he could play around with the ending a bit more since the band was in sync with him. Finally in Version Eight, you can hear how tired he is, and it was very sorrowful to hear and see. How much he had slowed things down wasn’t like the true Elvis. He knew that his time was coming. Thank you for this compilation Leon. God bless you.
10:07 what the hell happened here? 😂😂😂 Now, about ICSLY, in my opinion all the versions are great I don't remember hearing one version where Elvis sounds tired of it or does a very weak performance, but we can easily assume he got tired of the song considering how he stopped singing it in 1975 and surprisingly (and without explanation too) decided to sing for the last time right at his freaking last show ever, but thank God he sang it, all of this together makes the last version even more special. I think he should had stuck with the "Blueberry Hill/I Can't Stop Loving You" medley MUCH MORE often, it sounds great, combines *perfectly* and Elvis would had performed "Blueberry Hill" more often, other than just what? Around 7 times from 1969 to 1977? But anyway, great video Leon 👍🏻
This is a great piece of editing 👌 👏 well done😊.I personally loved them all but I thought the last one was closer to the original version, his voice in all was absolutely brilliant his voice was just getting better and better,if that was possible, oh how he is missed.😢
I knew they did midnight shows, but 3 a.m. ? No wonder they took til 7 am to wind down. He was magnificent but his schedule was way too much for anyone. Our bright star just burnt out. Such a tragic loss. Every time I watch I feel sad hat he’s gone but at the same time he makes me smile. And that music just makes me want to move. Thank you Leon.
What a powerful voice!!! 👏👏👏 I love version 3 where Elvis shows his wonderful sense of humor. He asks to play Release Me and Glen Hardin starts playing this song. I LOVE Elvis anyway, but it's so nice to see him happy and having fun on stage. That's how we ALWAYS wanted to see him. Thanks, Leon.
Elvis can sing the same song, but he sings it different each time...he truly is a genius, the way he conducts and leads his orchestra.....and then there is us following elvis the pied piper
Hi Leon, What a great song ang and video. I never get tired of listening to Elvis singing 🎶 I like how you have captured his personality in these videos too. Thanks again Leon xxx 💝
In Hampton Roads version, EP is authentically angry at the beginning, because Glen started different song that EP introduced. :) That first evil "no no" head gesture and annoyed look to choir is then changed into fun number with "you sonof...." comment towards Hardin. :)
I enjoy these so much Leon. I was to see Elvis at the August Portland show. I was 17. And maybe because I got so close to seeing him and didn’t or because he’s Elvis, I keep watching videos like these and am so grateful to watch him and listen. His music is never played here in Northern USA. I even wrote to several radio stations asking they play something on his bday and none did. I’m the only fan in my family but I’m determined I will convert someone or die trying😊. Any way thank you so much for all your hard work🎸🎼
Never stop listening to Elvis music
Absolutely. 100pc
Elvis hits it out of the park everytime with this song❤
I think Elvis just enjoyed himself when he sang. He loved it and that gives us all joy

Such a powerful voice and for sure he is the best in everything he does as if he is still here

We truly we never stop loving you. Elvis )
Absolutely the greatest voice of all time
and the most fascinating and charismatic artist ever .❤🙏
So many great versions but always loved the Vegas/Memphis version with the soulful female on the end.

What a great singer and he put his heart into every song he sang. Hope in his life he had happy hour and time healed your heart ❤
Wow, what a wonderful voice, Elvis really is the man😍 Such an Charisma in everything he does❤❤❤
All of them, they are all so different.,

The best version of "I Can't Stop Loving You"!
That Market Square Arena version was SO very amazing in person! Thank you for including it.

Hi Leon,
What a great song ang and video. I never get tired of listening to Elvis singing 🎶 I like how you have captured his personality in these videos too.
Thanks again Leon xxx 💝
My favorite versions are from Vegas in 1969. I also love the 72 MSG version. Aloha is good as well.
Essa Voz é única é Divina 👏👏👏👏💞💖💕💜💜💔💔💔.
AMO Vc MEU ÍDOLO LINDO 👑🌟🌟🌟🌟💗💙💕💜💔.

La segunda versión , te extrañamos hermoso🌸
BRAVO❤
The first one is the best by far!

Great song - love all versions 💕
You forgot his versions from his second Vegas Engagement in January / February of 1970 oh and the one from his 1973 Aloha Concert.
Videos is great. I never see 77 version thanks 🎤
Versión dice is incredible.
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Versión five is incredible.
Myself I think the best one is from Aloha concert 1973
Esse não é o Elvis! Elvis não cantava feito estátua!
É, sim!!! Esse é o seu último show, pouco antes da sua morte. Devido à problemas de saúde, ele já não se movimentava muito no palco...
As always... Elvis 1969 and 1970 best, after 1970 forget it
@Seamus Lannon thats ur opinion. Compare hound dog live in 1969 and 1977... This is absolutely not brlliant, it was a desaster.
I love it when people like you appear, so you can tell right away that the person is not a real fan
Did you forget 1971
@@BelmondoHeuvelman-b5r forget after 1970, His voice was broken
@@mm69at in early 71 not january 26 27 28 but february you heard it was thining and november his voice was cracking
