A greenhouse may increase the rate of drying by some amount, but will may or may not get you the temperatures you want when trying to kiln dry wood. In some areas, it may actually get too hot, and in others, not hot enough. Also, anecdotally, I’ve seen the quality of wood in greenhouses degrade in strange ways. I’d recommend having a purpose-built kiln if at all possible.

There are many functional kilns in Florida and in humid places around the world.
