It was really enjoyable and I love your luminous keyboard, so pretty! 😃 I've also watched previous vlogs but I was ok the go and wasn't able to comment...🙈 I wanted to ask you about the brand of the new pans and pots set you got - I'm also looking to replace my last Teflon pan that I was using like once a month (it's really not safe, I don't know why they are still sold... 🙄) and what material it was? I went for ceramic for a previous pan I replaced but this one also started to stick 🙈 what would you recommend? I was very intrigued by the magnetic nail art, I thought it's crazy what you can do with nails 😮 I hope to see you more using this style, you can make unique nails!! Are they accepting of this style at your workplace? I hope they do!!! I also wanted to say about the buckwheat galette... Try to flip it before adding the filling (so that both sides get to cook) but for the galette not to overcook, try to make it a little bit thicker than regular crepes (if it's thin and cooked both sides, it'll be too crispy to fold). Also if you make them thicker (I precise that because my husband was fighting when doing buckwheat galettes himself 😂), make sure to cook at medium-high heat and be patient before flipping them otherwise they will stick to the pan! Having them a bit thicker will make the galette soft on the middle and crispy on the edges. It's DIVINE!! 😋🤤 I liked that you are well every time and it's nice to see you cooking and admiring your knife skills 😍 I really liked your early morning routine, somehow I feel that time passes slower in early morning than during the rest of the day, I find myself more productive! It's great you were able to use your time wisely as you were not able to sleep. I hope you slept better thr next night! Take care of yourself, rest well and have a lovely and restful weekend!
