I crossed paths with an owl yesterday morning and it was beyond words the most profound moment he looked in to my soul and whispered to me to I guess remind me of something that I had long forgotten!! I have been there. Finally diagnosed after 3 years of going to Drs. Specialists not zeroing on the cause. I had to go out of insurance network providers to find one Dr who could help me.
Just starting to feel a little better some days, lots of specific supplements and some temporary medications. Difficult to organize myself so it's been a practice in self gentleness getting some sort of regimen with it started
