    The railbus uses its own power on the way back and the diesel at the other end is used on the out.
    This is done because the railcar can't be turned round like they used to be in the good old days.

    The reopening of the western rail corridor would create a train linking Connacht with Ulster ever to stop Pollution, Car Accidents, Traffic Jams & Road Deaths all over the island of Ireland.

      Will never happen in our lifetimes. Great to see beautiful scenery of Fintown and Glenfin.

      @@frankharrington8528 Firstly to Tuam, then Claremorris followed by Sligo the reopening of the Western Rail Corridor before going North.

    Does the Railbus operate under its own power? Looks a nice trip.

    Yes, but with the assistance of a separate diesel loco. Not sure if this is needed or just for show.
