  • A young American moved to Ghana to run a laundromat
I will be honest, whenever I meet a young person in their early 20s move to Ghana or Africa, my respect and admiration is another level. It's because I've always had the perception that it's a thing for the old; or maybe I've underestimated the younger generation.
In this video, I speak to Yasmin, a young American who's moved to Ghana to run a laundry business. She thinks starting a business in Ghana is easier. You will get inspired. My Name is Mickey...Keep Watching!!!
Every country has a story; so does its people. I get to travel and visit different parts of the world due to the nature of my work, so I take viewers with me in the form of vlogs to explore and tell beautiful stories of the people and the places that I am working.
I am dedicated to provide deep, meaningful and entertaining contents for you, my viewers....
    So enjoy!!!

How is that a 23 year old can look so sure of herself, calm and grounded. Notice how she says she is already learning Twi - she is in it for the long term. Attitude is really everything. Pretty impressed. I also like how she did not want to dwell in details of any prior harrassment as it seems to me just reliving past trauma.

If you are going to employ Ghanaians, do not do that until you watch some farmer video from a Ghanaian UA-camr called Selasi. You will learn a lot about behavior and work attitudes of the people,- whether they will help you succeed or sabotage you; whether they will stop coming to work soon as they get first salary or not, etc. Good luck
