Where did you find info on that mix setup? Ive been wanting a good guide and just watching your video (nice flying btw) has me pumped to find it again. I have an old but pristine V1 Addiction X
I had no instructions, I just sat and tried a few different options mix wise until I got it right. My ailerons are at 100% travel when the elevator is at 100%. If you fly Spektrum I can share how I set my mix up.
@@D_WallRC I have an iX12 but Im using my Jeti system on my Addiction. So you are saying its full aileron/elevator mixed? When you pull back on the elevator do the ailerons go up or go down (flaperons I think is the term).
@@andrewwelsh2581 flaperons just act as flaps and ailerons, I have a mix that the ailerons move proportionally with the elevator. When elevator goes up so do ailerons, as well as down.
@@D_WallRC Ok so if I understand you correctly, when you pull up on elevator "both" ailerons go up with the same deflection? And vice versa for down? Mark Wargo had a video mentioning it but it was not too clear. Also sorry for your coldness. Im in South East Queensland in Australia. Its baking hot here! (but in Celsius. Lol)
@@andrewwelsh2581 that is correct it basically pulls the ailerons out of the way but they also still function and you can fly almost as normal with the mix engaged. It seems to also help with harriers by allowing a lil more throttle
Yes 🥶 Its me the cold girlfriend! But i do love you!
