Sorry she didn't like the alligator I love that meat, freshly cooked on an open fire the best way to have it. I am totally envious of you that you are able to get close to earth by walking bare foot on it. I enjoy your videos all the way from Denver, Colorado and hope to see many more. Take care.
Oddly enough, Croc doesn't get eaten much down here. I've seen it mostly in thai style curries, sliced very thin. Looks like the woods are lively at the moment. Good weather too, for the uk ;). Nice vid Bill, Frazer.
I don't know why, but I find alligator much tastier than crocodile, though I may be the cuts I've had from each. But the meat should not be tough. That's a sign of eating the wrong part. It's like beef. Some cuts are extremely tender, and some are tough as leather. The tougher bits are better eaten is stews, or ground into burger.
