I don't see the cost increase justification here. Our 2018 Suburban was almost fully loaded when I bought it new, and I got out the door with it for $52k cash. Been an enjoyable beast of a family hauler for my wife as we have 4 young kids. It also tows my 6,000 Lb. TT and all our camping gear with absolute ease and control. Great truck!
Exactly i was playing around with the configurator and it wasn’t worth it. In fact most of these new trucks are not worth it. Only the ranger raptor and lexus gx base models were worth the price.
A base Tahoe was only $35k 5 years ago. How in the world are they justifying a 175% increase in the MSRP? It's nowhere near the rate of inflation, and only speaks/shows to the greed of GM. This is all while moving production to Mexico and or cutting lines to artificially short supply. The reason nobody is buying these house priced vehicles is that they aren't worth it and nobody wants a mortgage on something that will ALWAYS loose value.
