Complete Rehab Home Start to Finish priced to sell and repurposing what ever can be used. This will be a complete rehab home start to finish with pictures of before and afters. Repair of floors, electrical, plumbing, and new kitchen. We are in the very beginning of renovation. It is a small home rehab with two bedrooms and two baths. A nice big yard.
My husband David has always used repurposed items. Last year he BOUGHT a bamboo floor in someone's home who was selling it. He pull it all up and put it down again in another home. He is a better person than me. Don't know if I would have the patience.
He has already used the heavy mat that was under our pool we took down. He put it under the deck he just finished for our daughter to keep the grass, weeds and keep the dirt down too.
