This thrift store is in a really bad part of town with a huge crime problem! This makes for some great thrifting though as no one else is shopping at this Goodwill and finding the amazing items that are to be had! I found multiple high profit items at this Goodwill!

The flower print shorts are called culottes. Girls used to wear them to ride their bikes before we started wearing pants. Info from an old timer.

You can sell the tops and bottoms of Scentsys for replacements. Since the fire department one was worth so much you probably have gotten $40-$50 for the bottom piece. Just FYI
AHHHHHHHHHHHHH! The yarn! Oh my goodness if I had been there I would have bought it. I love to crochet and knit. Also love to sew, embroider, make jewelry and make junk journals and I’m starting to get into polymer clay. Tiny bit of photography. Love the videos

This is a nicer than typical Goodwill, for sure. Lots of better stuff (higher prices too) and that they take the time to do some nice displays is great!
I totally agree! It maybe a bit of a rough neighborhood, but the staff makes that store look like a boutique!! Amazing finds and Danni you rock the fashion show. You have an amazing figure.. stop hiding!

My goodwill, which is new, stinks of mold and mildew from the clothes. I only donate.
My eye caught the beautiful shiny brown frame up on n ione of the mantels
The sky blue thing is for salt. Easy for cooks to get a 'pinch' of salt' or use the spoon.
The Pyrex patterns: the green bowls are Spring Blossom (or crazy daisy), the white casserole is Town and Country, and the fridgies or refrigerator dishes in browns are Woodland patten (a full set of those fridgies recently sold for $56.50)

My Goodwill looks like a target. No one shops there. They had used dish towels for 3.99 each. Got new ones on sale at Walmart for 75 cents each.

Excellent haul! Loved the fashion show! 💙 Jordan's dress with the bow on the back and Danni's flowered city shorts (we called them culottes back in the day😃) were my favorites. At 33:11 there's a pillow with the letter K and a picture of a mermaid that would have been perfect for Kari. 🧜♀️😀
I have learned so much from watching your channel that I found two pieces of Fenton in a thrift store and I only paid $20. total. I researched them and they are totally worth more than what I paid for them. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. You are so lucky that your kids want to go to thrift stores and Goodwill with you. My 11-year-old does now, but I'm sure that may change when he gets older.

I believe that dish is the Pyrex Town & Country design. The only reason I know is I just found the divider dish at Goodwill with the lid 👍 but you probably already know that by now lol

Ya got shop done!!! You and Jordan are just beautiful! I love your hair!....Think it looks super cute a bit shorter! Still think just touching your shouldersare would be such a great look on you! You are hiding a graceful neck, and you and I share a narrow oval face, I cut off hair that was the longest it had been....in 25 years! I was tired of the messy bun, every day....and was hesitant to go to the chin length longer in front “bob.😂” I hate change....going through a journey toward self love and acceptance, I’m hesitant to say it, but I have NEVER gotten so many kind compliments. You look great! And at 55 I’m no longer dying a dark brown...embracing my silver as well!!! You go girl!!!! You hanging with your oldest....makes me smile!

I live in San Diego and I find the San Diego County Goodwills to be way too pricy. The only discounts they offer are 10% off for seniors and military every day. They do not have color of the week discounts ever. Goodwills in other parts of California are not like this: they do offer color tag discounts and are a lot more fun. You might also notice they don’t have racks and racks of items like you do in Las Vegas and other parts of the country.
By the way, I think the people who live in Chula Vista might be a little insulted by how you’ve put their community down. It is a very old community they are very proud of and are doing their best to keep crime down 😚
Everything in San Diego is pricey!
I was not insulting Chula Vista and anyone who drives through the area I was pointing out would be crazy to think it is this way just for being an old community! It is now a homeless tent city with a major drug and crime problem.
People are getting assaulted by these people. Can't sugar coat reality.
I believe that butterfly is fir a radiator...you put water in it, set it on top of the radiator .
Another great shop! I love the try-on fashion show at the end. You were both rockin' the clothes. (Jordan - the blue dress and the pizza cat shirt were the finds of the day!) So much fun.

Same our closest Goodwill is 28 miles away. There is several 50 miles away. But I rarely get to go anywhere. Luckily I can get a friend to go to the closer one. And there is great deals to buy. I love going. 🧡💛

I was at that Goodwill when I visited my son in San Diego, it is FABULOUS!! We have nothing like that in western PA. JM collection is a pricey brand sold at Macys. Love your scores!!

Newer repro's of vintage seem to be showing up that are sold at well known "department" style stores.
Some have good resale value.... It depends, the day I found "Pioneer Woman" covered butter dish that I was blown away when I was offered $125.
Of course I took the offer, then when I looked it up I found out they sell at Walmart and the resale is like 5x more than the original retail price...I don't even get that?

Danni I am re-watching some of yours and Tiffany's older videos. When you was looking at the marked RLL tortoise shell pattern bowl. It made me curious. So I researched a little. It was Ralph Lauren and the 1 bowl was worth picking up. I was surprised. I will be on the look out if I run into one in the wild. Always enjoy watching you shopping with Jordan.
