Thank head and neck massage. Well done! Such a wonderful technique. As a child, I was always hyperactive and had learning difficulties in school. It wasn’t until later in life that I was diagnosed with ADD/ADHD and was slightly on the spectrum. Anyway, growing up when I would have a panic attack or I couldn’t get my brain to slow down, my Mom would always massage my head. It seemed like that was the only thing that would help. I would fall asleep so fast. Anyway, thank you for such wonderful videos, and helping me relax.

I am just wondering (from an occupational health and safety angle) if you may benefit from sitting down to do facials. Get the feeling that you are tallsh and are putting quite a bit of pressure on yor back.
