For those curious why I removed this and reuploaded, is because the original version of this had the AVS4you watermark. I wanted to upload a new version without the watermark and while I was at it decided to fix this amv up a bit. For those unaware, this was something I had this amv in my head for a while had to make it an amv. Enjoy this updated version of the amv.

The magical abilities appear in the Ninja Tribunal Season or also referred to as the lost episodes. The female character is a fancharacter Nini, the creator of which is a friend of mine and I love the fan pairing of the two of them.

Sorry for the slow reply. Not water powers, fire powers. They appear in the 5th Season of the 2003 series where he trains with the Ninja Tribunal and he only has them when he uses a magic sword. As for the girl, that's Nini, a fan character created by a friend of mine. I adore the pairing and decided to put a couple bits of fan art in the vid.
