Bloodaxe already defeated his Polish foe with two brutal eye gouges-one for each eye. This is real fighting, like Brazilian Vale Tudo and the early UFCs. Now I'd like to see some smashes to the balls.

You must remember that this is a fight on streetlevel, this is why this was allowed but honestly headbuts, kicking while the opponent is down, punches on the back of the head and the hardfloor should be enough to simulate a streetfight. Nobody wants permanent eye damage.
Then don't let the opponent get to your eyes. Fingers can be bent back and broken
Just leave it like this. Street fights happen everyday everywhere. There's a referee and he is doing good, it's fair enough.

Eye gouging is fair enough. This avoids soporific unskilled grappling. Don't worry, eye pressure is quite high, you can't blind people easily. Nails should be checked before the fight.
