I just got the game last night and haven't started building yet because I'm so unsure where i want to set up. This is very helpful! The dozer bro site looks cool but it's just me so I'll probably go with the second base location. Thanks for your helpful videos 🙏
@@major-skull-gaming ohh nice I'm gonna go scope that one out after work. Do you know if the barbwire window wall is still in game? I was looking for it last night but couldn't find it. Maybe I'm just blind
thank you for watching! im glad it helped you hello from Michigan :) stop by and play with us on stream some time :) i stream on twitch and youtube every day
I found a cool place at D2, what looks like a 'construction' site sort of in the middle of the town. It also looks like it has a sunken aera surrounded by concrete?
I wish they'd completely abandon the pvp aspect of this game and dedicate that time for the pve side, too often I see developers try and balance the two game modes and it takes them twice as long to get their goals done and out of early access or worse find in hindsight that they wasted too much time on balancing/fixing exploits in pvp that they abandon the game. PVP is an extremely small community and if it really is something they want then it should be added after release. I saw this happen with 7d2d over it's current ongoing 10 years of development, they probably could have cut that in half if they focused on pve first.
From what the dev said on Steam, using a hammer to remove furniture apparently only works on houses with fireplaces so far. I've tried it in other buildings to see if maybe that comment was for an old build, but still can't get anything to be removed.
yes there are a few new houses added that you can remove them that dont have the fireplace they are working closer getting them all to work. even then, so far not all the items can be removed even in the ones that have the fireplace in them.
yeah they take a bit to get used too. also they tweaked them this last update and made it even stranger controls lol. the devs are still working out the controls in every update it seems so hopefully they get it worked out soon
im just starting out , your vids are really helpful for me , thx .

in E3 just above emerson City there is a house with a concrete wall that goes around it that is a great spot for a base.

How do you build the metal barbed wall window (with the ramp)? I can't seem to upgrade to that from either a wall or window.
@@Brigand231 they have removed that from the building when they updated
@@major-skull-gaming Well shucks. Thanks.
What button dit you press to remove things?
Have a hammer in your hand. Then stand near it and hover pointer then hold x
Do pitfall traps kill humans and players?
No they only kill the zombies
Mines and bear traps kill humans and players

You have a good point
Don’t you still have the option of just run with your friends or by yourself?
Same.

Keep in mind you're not only defending against zombies though. There's AI humans that can shoot you too.
HumanitZ.
Just bought the game and the control is crap wtf
