Haha I’m knocked out by 8pm 😭😩 but to be honest it’s only because I start work at 7am so I had no choice but sleep early. I would say though resetting your body clock is the best way to go about it
@@meiiilin wait how would I reset it? Like sleeping earlier than usual right? I'm facing such hardships recently in regards to my sleep schedule, that's why I'm asking :(
@MJ-dh6zx I get you I also used to have have a lot of issues sleeping & may Allah grant you ease. Yes try sleeping earlier but make sure you keep yourself extremely busy during the day, work out if you can so that you’re tired and try sleep earlier that day. If it doesn’t work I unfortunately have to stay up for 24hrs which is unhealthy but if I do that it always works. Hope this makes sense
