Unfortunately, looks like every other gaming chair, aside from the footrest. Biggest issues I would have are the thigh blockers on the side and the curved shoulder part. Due to those, really hard to sit on these comfortably (or straight) for a longer period of time without bones cracking afterwards, if you're above the average height for these chairs.
I warned about this, if you are up to 185cm then it is ok, if you are taller, first thing will be shoulders going forward then thighs. That is mainly the issue with every bucket seat chair, there are larger ones as well, for taller people...
What right side part, do that one first then use the handle to move it, align the left one and you are done. Every chair is the same in terms of assembly, I didn't experience anything different with this one 👍
I honestly like the color of the chair you were sitting in. Not too many I've seen come in that color scheme but it's nice.

How did you fix the right side part sticking out? I can’t get it point up. I feel like it’s stuck and I’m unable to put the back rest on because of it

Unfortunately no, you need something bigger, here you would have severe shoulder problems
