With this new stream do my employer need to put me.forward to be eliable for the 186 visa? Or can i apply off my own back after my 3 years of work with my employer?

Hello Ms. Tracy, I have MADE A TERRIBLE MISTAKE. i applied for visa 190. And last week i rcvd an email asking for Evidence of Australian study. And i was a bit surprised when I reviewed my application. I unintentionally ticked YES in EOI. But in the application itself, I ticked No. I am so worried. I already submitted a letter explaining what happened. My question it, will I get rejection because of this? 😭😭😭 My current status is for further assessment. So im waiting patiently. But i am really scared. I am hoping for your respinse. Thank you so much.
The only requirement that we still need cover, is the time with the same employer. My husband is turning 45 on August. He has 2.5 years with the same employer already! Do you think that the legislation will be published before August?!!! Please, answer my question rsrsrs Tks! @TraciChen

Are they able to apply 482 visa for me?. And employer also aware of this offer, is it oke to demand forr $70K?, wouuld you please give me an advice. Thank you very much.

70k is only for the main applicant or is it also applicable for the dependent visa holder (husband/wife) under 482 visa
