DevilDriver is sick but BW should have been heavier. You have an all-star of metal artists.
I love me some metal but I was never a "purist" on what it "should" be. I care more about the musical talent than the genre. At heart, I'm a rock fan despite the majority of my fav bands playing styles learning more to hard rock or metal.
Drummer's name is John Boecklin, btw. Love his drums on DevilDriver and Bad Wolves.
Well Blink-182 ain't metal they're in the punk rock millennial punk rock category along with Sum-41 and New Found Glory. I remember when Blink-182 started back when I was in high school I'm a millennial. I was 15 when they started now I'm 34 and haven't lost interest in Blink-182 one bit they're still one of my favorite punk bands.
All Tommy's lyrics are so deep and heartfelt. Such an amazing band.
Yo this band is so underrated Tommy is one of the best rock vocalist ive ever heard from his singing voice to his grunge and how he switches back and forth without a crack in his voice incredible talent

Apex can you explain why ?? I’ve been doing vocals in metal for years but hung it up a long time ago. So to me his ability is unquestionable.Chester never had the speed Tommy does but his range was was phenomenal as well. As for Corey, I lost a lot of respect for him saying he was moving to Canada it trump was elected ,,, BUT HE DIDNT.... Because he didn’t have the balls. Tommy did have the balls to risk his fans and everything , not to mention keep up with Corey if not bypass him.... But back to my point , tell me why?

Same here when Sober came out I never liked it but after 3 or 4 more times I ended up liking Sober. Or just recently I didn't like Truth or dare or The Conversation but now I'm into it. There's not one song you can dislike

I honestly love how this album is a bit different with some growth here and there than Disobey but still retains the melodic and heavy aspects. Of course, both records kick ass without a doubt 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

Heh heh I'm a fan of both. IIRC, Death Punch's Zoltan (one of my top fav guitarists) supports them or manages them. I dunno the details but it's fucking cool.

Nice chorus. I like the instruments too. The verses sound like five finger death punch somehow
His voice is a bit similar to Ivan Moody's and he also took over a FFDP concert since Ivan was in rehab a while back.
Also you should check out Divine Heresy since Tommy was the lead singer of the first album, because it sounds alot like "LA Song" and "The Consumerist"
