I built a top secret Institute facility near the Old North Church in Fallout 4!

Welcome to the tenth episode in my Fallout 4 Mini Build series!
I am travelling the Commonwealth in a bid to find the perfect places to construct new homes for my player character.
In this episode, I build a top secret Institute facility just around the corner from the Railroad's base at the Old North Church.

Great idea for a for a series of videos capitalising on the recent fallout 4 hype, and well executed. Knowing how incompetent the railroad is and the code of conduct of the institute, i am going to say neither the railroad nor the institute know their mortal enemy are but a few meters away from one another

This might be outside the bounds of what you usually do, but would you consider doing a build in/near the Nuka Transit Centre?
