Yes heater is optional if you want to do washing you can select it or simply select normal wash it won't use heater. But whirlpool is the most bekar washing machine.
Haan. Hot water mein cotton material thoda expand ho jata hai, toh dirt aaram se nikal jaati hai. Warm water thoda soft bhi hota hai on clothes. so overall kapde ki quality better rehti hai and dirt bhi ache se saaf ho jata hai. heater actual mein sabse important feature hai, more than inverter!
