Good story behind a great bike
Like minded people have a unique way of running into each other...been that way for my last 50yrs...may it continue!
Beautiful
I spent several years in Rockford, then to Dakota for twelve years. On to New Mexico now! Wonderful machine!
Beautiful bike. Glad you repainted the original colors.
Beautiful.....
beautiful machine,good job
Gorgeous restoration. I think that red he'd painted it was very close to the "Indian Red" used by Indian during that era. Jay Leno has a Four in the red. So I don't think with respect it was a Harley thing.
That is an amazing bike!
sweet bike.
Love it.
oh man my dad grew up in warrenville...ever heard of the collins family?
I had a '38 Indian Chief while stationed on Guam in '47. It seems it was called a Bonneville. Was there such a model? It was a 2 cylinder.
Yes.
Bonneville was the 80 cu. inch version, with hotter cams and higher compression.
nice job, Beautiful...has Indian tried to buy it back from you...yet?
I went to school with Tim and Kevin. They used to live on cr. drive, if thats the same family iam thinking about .
