The breath is so underrated in today's magick yet just as blood it carries life force. When you manage to get your breath to fill up your magick (like water in a glass) you open a very powerful doorway to the realm of magick. Breathe in, breathe out!!!
😸 Skadi hanging out behind you made me take a few moments to look over at my Vashet, grateful not only that I get to share my home with this tiny tiger (and her brother) and benefit from sharing their energy in my life, but that you (and others) get to feel that, too! 🤗
Great video and love what you came up with. Your kitty in the background is just too cute, especially when messing with their little paws. This whole presentation is done beautifully.
Our breath is so important in our practice, I adore how you whisper in your mouth first , Im going to start doing that, you are inspiring. I breathe onto my herbs, crystals and such, but the whisper is so extra intentional. Thank you for your wisdom -Cara
I lived in Oldenburg, and I would jog im Schlossgarten and this gaggle of geese would chase me. They were terrifying! There was around 10 of them and they would chase me with their neck outstretched, and wings spread, tongues sticking out like maniacs...they scared me every time! 😂
I thought it was just my YT algorithm goin nuts since I saw this and TWOW;s video on my recs haha. Wholesome idea. I'm new to this subject so its fun to see how different people go about things
Wow! Really inspiring video! I love how you are using the breath and core connection to connect to the plant and tell her what to do. I never heard of that technique before. I will definitely try that one out!
I'm very, very curious how you came to the practice of whispering first to yourself and then your herbs? This is my method of magic, too; what's always just been intuitive to me. A majority of things you say really resonate deeply with my own magic, which is very unusual for me. I've also been feeling spiritually called to my Norse ancestry in the last couple of years. It's a new topic of learning for me, and I'm continually fascinated with how very familiar and resonant a lot of things feel for me. And it's *really* intriguing to see what I've thought was just my internal -- monologue? 'Inside Out' control room? 😂 -- but it's not all exclusive! My magic is resonating at a frequency shared with others! 😮 So now I seek an overview (purposeful vagueness respected!) of how you came to that so that I may process it myself and contextualize my own arrival at it. ❤🤞😊🤞❤ 🙏
hehe I was wondering why when I opened you tube both you and Olivia had the same thing going on and also uploaded the same time, I was thinking is one copying the other ? hehe I made one a year maybe long before actually before I knew how to make one I just felt that I needed something I used things that I found over the previous two weeks at work that seemed to be given to me from spirit. The way I do spells is much the same but closer to what I have kind of always felt but used through internal martial arts like Chi Gong which feels and moves energies around not allot, more like asking for permission while doing so, if there is any feeling of resistance I don't pull or push I keep adjusting until there is no resistance, like water moves in a stream, river, sea, ocean or just pouring into a container I just let it flow naturally
Where I live, we have a plentiful abundance of Ravens, and I resonate with equating that. 🖤🐦⬛🖤🐦⬛🖤 I love how very similar our choices of details/functions/practices are - it's so fucking cool to learn that anyone else thinks similar to how I do. Maybe I'm a Mushroom Child - raised in the closet and fed bullshit all my life - but this really is a quote novel experience for me! Thank you SO much for sharing these insights into your life and personal practice - for this early middle-aged American white lady (and clearly so many others around this world!), you are making a profound impression. ❤
Well with midsummer it’s about all of the energy going on in the middle of summer. The sun is at its maximum strength so the plants get the most energy in the entire year..
@@TheNorseWitch Thanks for the fast response. The plant being "charged" in general I understand. But at one point in the video you said that for example plant X is most powerful on a thursday, so you should pick it then. But for someone of a different belief system, it would be most powerful on a wednesday, so they should pick it then. How does the plant "know" when to be most powerful for whom?
@JustVic-92 Ah! That’s what you mean. It’s more of a „magical work is most powerful on a Thursday“ than a specific plant thing. In Trolldom the Thursdays are seen as powerful days for magic work because it’s Thors day ☺️ and in another practice (a more Christian one for example) that might be Sunday, or even another day in another culture

I agree so much!
I've watched Ivy's, Olivia's, and now yours. It's like witchcraft marathon. 🎉💜
So many new ideeeeaaaas! 🥰🥰
Yeah i made a public playlist for them I hope they share that link as well
I whisper to each item I use in a spell so it knows what I need it to do. Glad I’m not the only one who does this 😂

I love the way you say Dandelion 💛 thank you for sharing your way of doing things Bente!

this is such a cool idea! love the use of dandelions!
Your cat scared the crap out of me. It was so still and it moved and i jumped.
Interesting charm thank you I might try that out.
Also your cat is insanely cute.
I will tell Skadi you think she’s cute! I bet she’ll purr about it ❤️
@@TheNorseWitch Thank you please do. She looks just so fluffy.
I will totally incorporate the breathing and wind technique in my craft. Thank you very much. That was really inspiring.
I absolutely love incorporating breath that is such a good idea!

Wow that’s some aggressive geese 🤣 I mostly know that behavior from swans. Those are so fucking scary 🤣🤣
@TheNorseWitch I bet they are. I asked Freya why algiz meant swan (gothic german) she showed me territorial display
@BearmoonRuneandTarot that makes SO much sense!!!
adore @TheWitchOfWonderlust so f**ing glad to see this collab!!!!
Same! I‘m pumped to travel with her in September! 🥰

This sounds like it would be awesome as a gris gris bag as well
yours is number 2 that I've watched, Olivia's was 1st. Can't wait for more. I like how you explained the reasons to have a door charm
i love this idea and the idea from Ivy The Occultist came up with
Love your ideas, Bente! Thank you for sharing them with us. xo, Aurora
Thank youuuu! 🥰🥰
"magic on the breath" by tylluan penry is a fantastic resource for air magic.
Is that a book? I should read it ☺️
@@TheNorseWitch it is. i recommend it.
2 seconds in: "this is actually a collaboration" me: yesssss!
Oh wait yall posted at the same time? my neurodivirgent personality likes that very much 💗😂
Heck yeah we did 😏😏😏

You rule. You're my lieblingse. ❤
HOW SWEET ARE YOU?!?! 🥹❤️
I asked myself,'what are the chances that you and Olivia have a similar video title posted 3 mins apart'...
Can a wreath count as a door way spell?
Sure!
Pigeon feathers also great for communication since we domesticated them and used them to send messages long distance and they are very communal
Agreed! And they’re also chatty as fuck 🤣

I don't understand how a plant is powerful for a person of one belief on one day and for a person of another belief on another day?
