The thing that's happening with Nvee isn't culture appropriation (which Shea Butter Twitter said) or anti-blackness (like this youtuber said no shade) but its call lightskin vs darkskin. Also hate to say it but self hate and colorism within the black community. I cant speak for other Africans/Blacks around the globe but the African/Black American its a problem. The black community been dealing with these topics for years and Black and Mixed people been talking about this in the Entertainment business. Its not Fatou and Nvee fault but I really want BlackSwan to win so please keep their names outta this mess.
Yea the nickname they call this Black People on Twitter is Shea Butter Twitter I learn that from another Black UA-camr. They trying to be fake woke and taking their anger out on Nvee. I personally dont see anything wrong with her wearing braids she probably wore it in America with no problem. It just fake outrage for no reason.
Would it be bad if I also make a video on this, I don't want to seem like I copied you or anything. I can credit you if I overlap any talking points, I won't be going into any racial history (I'm biracial Blasian so I have no right to bright this up) of this just addressing fans similar to a video I did for Gabi and Fatou/Nvee.
