But the material does like a flying that material or mesh material which will give your foot sometime to breathe while you wear it. Actually from what i seen the only AE 1 shoes that came wit the extra laces is the first pair the peach ones with pink laces and the blue pair withe white and blue laces but. For some reason the Allstar and storm trooper pair don't come with extra laces cause. I got my Allstars in this week and they didn't have the green laces. I had to return my pair tho cause it had a crazy glue stain on the toe box was kinda pissed.

So far only the initial orange color-way came with extra laces. I bought the All-Stars from FLX and no extra laces.
The blues ones had extra as well. They are white with blue speckle
